Returns or Exchanges?
Is your order not quite what you expected? No problem at all! You can return your item(s) within two weeks of receipt at your own expense. Please note that sale items are excluded from returns.
Click the button below to download our return form. Print the file, fill in your details, and pack it with your unworn item(s) (including tags) in the original shipping bag.
How to return an item?
- Register your return: Send a message to Heavenfindz@gmail.com.
- Packing: Ensure all tags are attached to the item and use the original shipping bag or another suitable packaging.
- Shipping: Create a shipping label (e.g., via DHL or PostNL) and take it to a drop-off point.
- Refund: Once we receive your package, the refund will be processed (this can take up to 7 business days).
