Article 2 – Applicability

1. These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from HeavenFindz and to every distance agreement via the Shopify webshop.

2. By placing an order and agreeing at checkout, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.

 

Article 3 – The offer

1. HeavenFindz sells fashion and clothing via Shopify.

2. Products are displayed as clearly as possible.

3. Minor deviations in color, size, or fit do not entitle to compensation.

 

Article 4 – The agreement

1. The agreement is concluded as soon as the customer places an order and receives a confirmation by email.

2. HeavenFindz reserves the right to refuse orders.

 

Article 5 – Prices and payment

1. All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs.

2. Payment is made via Shopify payment methods (such as iDEAL, credit card, etc.).

3. Orders will only be processed after payment.

 

Article 6 – Delivery

1. Delivery takes place at the address provided by the customer.

2. Delivery times are indicative and depend on carriers.

3. HeavenFindz is not liable for delays caused by carriers.

 

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal

1. The customer has the right to return the order within 14 days after receipt.

2. After notification of return, the customer has 14 days to return the product.

3. Products must be unused, undamaged and in original condition.

 

Article 8 – Return costs

1. Return costs are entirely for the account of the customer.

2. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return shipment.

 

Article 9 – Exclusion of right of return

Returns are not possible for:

- Hygienic products whose seal has been broken

- Personalized or custom-made products

- Sale items (discounted items)

 

Article 10 – Warranty and product features

1. HeavenFindz guarantees that products comply with the agreement.

2. For items with glitter, sequins or similar decorations, wear or detachment may occur during use. No guarantee is given on this.

 

Article 11 – Delivery and risk

1. If a package is not collected at a pick-up point and is returned, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

2. If a package is listed as 'delivered' by the carrier and after investigation by the carrier it is confirmed that the package was delivered correctly, no compensation will be provided, even if the customer indicates not to have received the package.

 

Article 12 – Complaints

1. Complaints must be reported via heavenfindz@gmail.com

2. HeavenFindz strives to handle complaints within 7 days.

 

Article 13 – Liability

1. HeavenFindz is not liable for indirect damage.

2. Liability is limited to the purchase amount.

 

Article 14 – Force majeure

HeavenFindz is not liable in case of force majeure (such as malfunctions, delays or external problems).

 

Article 15 – Applicable law

Dutch law applies to all agreements.
